Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood and agree these terms.

Preorder

Preorder means that the product is not currently in stock. Please refer to the individual product page(s) or contact us for the estimated processing time. 

In case the product is out of stock, full refund will be issued.

There may be delay in delivery. We regret that we are currently not accepting rush orders.

If you order products that are instock along with preorder items, we will only ship your order when all items becomes available. If you wish to arrange multiple shipments, please contact us.

Delivery

Instock orders will be shipped within 3 working days upon payment.

No change, refund or cancellation will be accepted once the order is paid.

Free Delivery

- Free Hong Kong Post Surface Mail (Untracked) or EC-Get Counter Collection Service delivery when you buy 2 items or more
- Free SF Express delivery on orders over $800 on selected categories
Please note that customers are responsible for the additional handling charge or surcharge from remote delivery, change of address or late collection.

If you order products that are instock along with preorder items, we will only ship your order when all items becomes available. If you wish to arrange multiple shipments, please contact us. Customers are responsible for the additional delivery fee on multiple shipments.


Return and Exchange

All products cannot be returned/ exchanged unless you receive the wrong products.

If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition - unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

We pack all orders with the utmost care. Fragile items will be bubble wrapped before shipping. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer during transit.

Refund

Should an item be out of stock or not deliverable, a refund will be made. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

For credit card payment: Although the full refund amount will be deposited on your card, the transaction charge will be deducted by the system and is non-refundable.
